Our one word project!
For this project, I had to create a one-minute silent film based on a single word. I planned my idea carefully, filming my scenes over two days and then editing everything together. During brainstorming, my partner and I wrote down all our ideas. Once we had a list, we picked the best one to develop further. My storyboard helped me visualize how each scene would look, making it easier to see the a vision and make improvements before filming. For editing, I used color correction and exposure adjustments to add emotion, along with morphing transitions for smooth scene changes/shifts. These techniques made the film more engaging and expressive without sound. I think I did well with my planning and editing, but next time, I would film more footage to have more options during editing. Overall, it was a fun and creative experience.
